The important boundary
A public record proves issuance—not everything about a person.
A valid record confirms that Verified Hikes issued the displayed evidence-reviewed certificate and that its recorded metadata remains consistent. It does not certify legal identity, safety, permits, fitness, route conditions, or official trail-authority recognition unless the verification level explicitly says so.
