Partner Pilot Terms

Terms for controlled partner pilots while commercial scope, verification responsibility, and campaign safeguards are agreed in writing.

Last updated July 10, 2026Questions about this policy

1. Pilot status and eligibility

Access is offered selectively to legitimate clubs, guides, agencies, trail organisations, events, charities, and outdoor communities. An application does not create a partnership or authority relationship. Verified Hikes may request organisational legitimacy evidence.

2. Responsibilities

Partners must provide accurate information, nominate authorised users, protect access, follow the approved workflow, avoid misleading claims, and report misuse. Verified Hikes provides agreed registry, review, claim-code, certificate, and support capabilities subject to capacity.

3. Claim codes

Claim codes can define organisation, trail, campaign, expiry, usage limit, pricing mode, and review requirements. A code does not prove completion and never enables automatic issue. Submissions remain individually traceable.

4. Manual review and officialness

Manual review is the default. Partner Confirmed wording is available only when the organisation and workflow are approved. Authority Confirmed requires explicit authority approval and is never assumed from a club, guide, or event relationship alone.

5. Branding and signatures

Approved logos and co-branding may be used only within the agreed campaign and layout. A partner signature is allowed only for an approved Partner Confirmed workflow. Partners must not add government emblems, authority seals, misleading official language, or dynamic data to background artwork.

6. Privacy and evidence

Partners receive only access needed for their scope. Private evidence must not be copied, emailed, or reused outside the workflow. Public reporting is aggregate-safe and excludes applicant emails, raw evidence, filenames, GPS, payment details, and private notes.

7. Commercial terms

Pilot pricing, volume, discounts, revenue share, prepaid certificates, refunds, taxes, and support responsibilities are agreed in writing for each pilot. No commercial model is implied until accepted.

8. Suspension and contact

Verified Hikes may pause codes, access, campaigns, branding, or issuance where privacy, security, quality, payment, officialness, or legal concerns arise. Historical certificate integrity and lawful records may remain. Contact support@verifiedhikes.com.
