Partner confirmation
Partner-confirmed wording is only used when an approved partner workflow supports the specific record.
Club, guide, event, or partner confirmations can support review, but they do not automatically make a certificate official trail-authority proof.
The certificate is not an official trail-authority certificate unless it is explicitly marked Partner Confirmed or Authority Confirmed.
