Strong submissions usually include a GPS activity or file, dated photos, trail stamps or permits, and a short completion narrative. Guide or club confirmations can help when GPS is unavailable.

What cannot be accepted

Public social posts without dates, edited screenshots, unrelated photos, or claims that cannot be matched to the trail may require clarification or may be rejected.

Privacy

Evidence files, GPS data, filenames, storage keys, reviewer notes, and payment details are never displayed on public verification pages.
